Descrição do Trabalho

Provide timely technical assistance for user issues with hardware, software, and networking within the finance accounting sector.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems and peripheral equipment at 39 Company
Prepare and deliver successful infrastructure user-experience'li>
Support company cybersecurity practices
Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 5-10 years of experience in IT technical support or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MES Operation, Database Operation, understanding of TCP/IP protocols, experience with AIX operating systems, and knowledge of Big Data Operation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Offer daily operational support for internal systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation for system processes.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced, dynamic environment that may require on-call duties for urgent support matters.
