Your Role

• Candidate Follow-Up: Communicate with job applicants to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure they complete necessary steps in the hiring process.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Application Screening: Review applications and resumes to ensure candidates meet required qualifications.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress using spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Job Posting Maintenance: Help keep job postings updated and active on various job boards.
• General Administrative Support: Provide support for recruitment activities, including organizing documents and sending follow-up emails.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems.
• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus but not required.
