MSpectrum is a solar power company built with Meralco's energy expertise and service standards. The Project-based Recruitment Associate assists the Human Resource and Administrative Team in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment
• Pre-boarding
• Onboarding
• Administrative Tasks

Qualifications

• Open to working on a 6-month project
• Bachelor's degree graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
• With at least 2 years of HR-Recruitment experience in the Construction and/or Solar industries
• Proficient in MS applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
