Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources, including emails, scanned documents, and PDFs.
Populate Tribal Order Sheets from customer orders received via email, fax, scanned documents, and PDFs.
Update internal policies and procedures with provided information to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with the latest information provided by members of Tribal Sport.
Manage and allocate customer complaint cases, quote requests, and product defect cases to the appropriate departments.
Perform data cleansing and mapping for financial spreadsheets with the provided information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Clean, interpret, and enter financial data for uploading to NetSuite, Shopify, POS inventory apps, etc.
Download factory approvals, match them to job numbers, and upload/distribute approval images for internal and customer approval.
Create and edit content for company presentation decks and digital platforms.
Draft automated response emails for cases, quotes, and other customer interactions.
