Salary: 35,000-40,000 PHP

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shift

Location: Onsite at Paseo de Magallanes Commercial Center, Makati City

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for events, classes, and services, including copywriting and campaign planning.
• Oversee social media content and engagement with the Social Media & Content Associate.
• Plan, promote, and manage online events.
• Handle email marketing, automation, and client messaging via MailChimp and PromoTexter.
• Optimize content for SEO and maintain brand consistency.
• Track and analyze marketing performance across email, web, and social media.
• Manage client database and coordinate lead tracking with the Front Desk Officer.
• Run lead generation campaigns, including lead magnets and sales pages.

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing & leadership
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong copywriting skills across different platforms
• Eye for design & branding with solid project management skills
• Analytical mindset – Able to track and optimize marketing strategies
• Self-starter – Can work independently while leading a team
