Duties and responsibilities:

• Generate work instructions, machine parameter matrices, and process flows, and conduct cycle time analysis.
• Provide technical support for all projects, perform root cause analysis, and work to reduce defects.
• Develop and support harness production while improving existing processes.
• Conduct process capability studies.
• Support the setup of new projects.
• Develop cost-saving ideas.
• Participate in improvement projects, including those focused on productivity, processes, and quality.
• Report and document process issues.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the harness industry.
• Proficient in machine troubleshooting, setup, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to analyze and evaluate data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and quality.
• Willing to work in a project-based employment.
