職位描述

An IT Technical Support member typically works within an organization to ensure that its technology infrastructure and systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

l. Troubleshooting and Support: IT staff are often the first point of contact for technical issues, ranging from hardware malfunctions to software problems.

2. System Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining servers, workstations, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure.

3. Software Installation and Configuration: Ensuring that employees have the necessary software installed and configured to perform their jobs effectively.

4. Network Management: Managing and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient communication between systems.

5. Security Implementation: Ensuring that security protocols, such as firewalls, anti .. virus software, and secure login systems, are in place to protect the organization's data and systems.

6. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Regularly backing up important data and setting up disaster recovery systems to protect against data loss.

7. User Training: Providing training and support to employees on using software or hardware properly.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of hardware, operating systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating technical concepts to~on-tec hnical staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring systems and networks are secure, efficient, and functional.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Tools/Technologies:

  • Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.
  • Networking: Cisco, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, VPNs, etc.
  • Security Tools: Antivirus, firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems.
  • Software: Various office suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), remote desktop tools, etc.
  • Hardware: Printers, routers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
