• Must understand the basic search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMO); 
• Can craft content that optimizes basic SEO;
• Develops communication strategies that support the marketing department initiatives for the overall branding identity of Silverlush;
• Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and engaging;
• Coordinates with a product specialist to set key performance indicators (KPI) per project/events/campaign;
• Gathers data and analytics relevant to the implemented content management strategies;
• Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations;
• Lead in writing the company’s overall requirements needed to be publicized both in print and media; and
• Maintain complete documentation related to all the content created/published across all platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or similar.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.

• A portfolio of published work.

• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

• Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.

• Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
