• Conduct automated and manual functional testing of software applications in order to ensure their reliability, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze software requirements, design test cases to cover all business scenarios and identify potential defects in associated software/code.
• Create and execute test plans and provide comprehensive testing status reports and statistics.
• Work with developers and project teams to resolve software defects and ensure smooth software delivery.
• Manage, maintain and enhance automation test scripts and integrate automated testing into the overall test strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to understand education domain terminology, requirements, and functionality.
• Participate in identifying and implementing software testing process improvements that reduce testing cycle times, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
• Assist in performance testing when required and participate in creating and implementing load and stress testing of software applications.
