About Our Client

Our client is a leading and rapidly growing F&B start-up in the country. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing Brand Manager to drive the growth of their flagship category. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand's market presence, driving consumer engagement, and leading a team of junior marketers to ensure continued success and excitement in an increasingly competitive industry.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Brand Manager:

Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth, awareness, and engagement for the coffee category.
Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product development, pricing, and innovation initiatives.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize brand and product positioning.
Lead the development of brand communication materials, including packaging, digital marketing, in-store merchandising, and campaigns.
Track and evaluate brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve market share and profitability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and directly oversee 1-2 Brand Associates.

The Successful Applicant

Must-have Qualifications Of a Brand Manager

At least 3 years of experience in brand/ product/ category management within the F&B or FMCG industry
Proven experience handling coffee or a similar beverage segment
