Senior Technical Audit Specialist/Officer performs the planning, execution, and reporting of audits related to the technical processes, equipment, and power plant systems within MGen and subsidiaries in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.

Evaluates the efficiency, safety, and reliability of power plant operations, identifies risks, and recommends actionable improvements. Shall assist the Technical Audit Manager in carrying out an independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Company’s operations (e.g. evaluating the plants' operational excellence, recommend actions to minimizing downtime) and help the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Preferably Electrical, but Mechanical is also acceptable.
• Required work experience (Industry, Years of Experience, Role): Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, or technical auditing.
• Familiarity with power generation processes, equipment, and regulatory standards
