Your role

As An Accounts Receivable/Payable Officer, You Will

• Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks.
• Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled to Pronto and follow up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
• Ensure all remittance advice is sent to suppliers
• Ensure all freight invoices are carefully analyzed and matched to the appropriate sales order/purchase order.
• Ensure outstanding POs are monitored and followed up with creators and approvers.
• Ensure payments forecast are submitted to support the cash flow forecast.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• 2 years minimum work relevant experience
• SAP experience, must have 2 years minimum
• MYOB experience, good to have
• XERO experience, good to have
