Duties and responsibilities:

• Generate work instructions, machine parameter matrices, and process flows, and conduct cycle time analysis.
• Provide technical support for all projects, perform root cause analysis, and work to reduce defects.
• Develop and support harness production while improving existing processes.
• Conduct process capability studies.
• Support the setup of new projects.
• Develop cost-saving ideas.
• Participate in improvement projects, including those focused on productivity, processes, and quality.
• Report and document process issues.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in the machining process industry
• Proficient in machine operation, troubleshooting, and setup
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data for efficiency and quality improvements
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and perform machine maintenance
• Knowledgeable in interpreting mechanical drawings, using precision measuring tools, and conducting appearance inspections
• Proficiency in CNC programming is a plus
• Capable of conducting cycle time analysis and providing insights
