Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and their contact information.
  • Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, and SEO to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads by conducting initial outreach, assessing needs, and gauging interest.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Use CRM software to track and manage leads, monitoring progress toward sales goals.
  • Analyze lead generation activities regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to lead generation and business development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools, software, and databases.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
