Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in HR and recruitment within the BPO industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help find the best talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job offers, and other recruitment-related matters.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the hiring process in the BPO industry.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using recruitment tools.
• Ability to work onsite for the first month and transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
