3D Engineering Surveys Ltd. is a fully chartered (RICS), UK company that specializes in as-built 3d digitalization and revised document generation as well as highly accurate on-site dimensional control surveys globally within oil & gas and petrochemical industries. We are looking for a highly skilled Piping Specification Engineer / AVEVA Catalogue Administrator to join our growing team!

About the Role

As a Piping Specification Engineer / AVEVA Catalogue Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining piping specifications, component catalogs, and structural data within AVEVA Paragon. You will work closely with our remote engineering teams to ensure that all specifications meet industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and maintain piping, support, and structural specifications in AVEVA Paragon.

✔ Manage and update the AVEVA Catalogue and Specification Database for various projects.

✔ Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

✔ Implement and maintain material specifications, component definitions, and piping class data.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve AVEVA Paragon and E3D catalog-related issues.

✔ Ensure all specifications meet industry standards (ASME, API, ISO, DIN, etc.).

✔ Provide technical support and training to engineers and designers on AVEVA Paragon and Catalogue Management.

✔ Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to validate component data.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related field.

✔ 3+ years of experience in piping specification engineering or AVEVA catalogue administration.

✔ Proficiency in AVEVA Paragon, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA Everything3D (E3D).

✔ Strong understanding of piping materials, components, and international standards.

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global team.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✔ Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration via email.

➕ Preferred Skills:

➕ Experience with AVEVA E3D Administration & Customization.

➕ Familiarity with database management and SQL related to AVEVA tools.

➕ Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.

➕ Knowledge of other 3D design tools such as E3D, SmartPlant, or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
