Senior Operations Planner (Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing our operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.​

​The Operations Planner will focus on the short-term execution of strategies and tactics to achieve the organization's strategic objectives, typically covering a period of one year or less. Will work closely with various departments to develop and implement operational plans, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve organizational goals.

• Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. ​

• Perform and engage with the cross functional team (Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Test and other departments) to implement changes and drive improvement.​

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).​

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.​

• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.​​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management or equivalent with considerable experience in a similar role working in a Production and Manufacturing Environment​

• Solid experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer / Project Engineer

• Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active strategic approach to challenges.​

• Pays close attention to details with high level of customer focus (internal & external)​

• Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals and objectives​

• Excellent oral and written communication skills​

• Highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally to achieve an end goal​
