What You’ll Do

As a Growth Marketing Associate, your mission is to open as many doors as possible for prospects to discover Workbean and turn interest into leads. You’ll focus on:

• Developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies (social media, content, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.)
• Identifying and optimizing acquisition channels to maximize inbound leads
• Running experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Leveraging data and insights to refine marketing campaigns
• Building strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth hacking
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
• Creative thinker who can execute campaigns with agility
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
• Passion for employer branding and HR communities is a plus!
