The Finance Specialist (CAPEX functions) is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s capital expenditure processes, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of CAPEX activities. This role is critical to supporting the strategic financial planning of the organization and ensuring that capital investments are aligned with business objectives.

• Monitors and tracks CAPEX budget and spending.
• Processes CAPEX requests of various sites and BUs.
• Reviews Cost-Benefit Analysis of projects.
• Computes actual and forecasted depreciations.
• Communicates with stakeholders on any budget concerns (e.g. reallocations, panel reviews).
• Performs clerical and administrative duties related to CAPEX.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent course.
• With at least two (2) years of work experience in CAPEX functions, financial budgeting, planning and forecasting, audit, and general accounting..
• Must have strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
• Must have strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
• Preferably, a CPA or holder of equivalent certification (CIA, CCSA, etc.).
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications with familiarity and basic knowledge in SAP.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang Laguna.
