Guide the direction of user research, design and implement user experience research plans.
Analyze industry user behavior in depth to provide data support for optimization of financial and accounting products.
Build and manage a user research team, continuously enhancing the team's professional expertise.
Closely collaborate with product development teams to translate research findings into product features.
Develop and maintain a repository of research tools and methodologies to support various types of user research activities.

Position Requirements for Director of User Research:

Education Qualification: At least an associate degree, with a preference for majors in psychology, marketing, or related fields;
Work Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in relevant fields is required, and priority will be given to those with user research or data analysis expertise;
Skills and Abilities: Exceptional data analysis capabilities, proficient in user research methodologies; excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a strong team spirit;
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing and conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, generating research reports, providing data support for product improvement;
Working Conditions: Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, potentially requiring overtime and travel;
Qualities and Traits: High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and rigor; innovative thinking and good problem-solving abilities.
