Position: Spanish Electronic Helpdesk Support Specialist

Location: Rosario, Cavite

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 gross

Schedule: Nightshift

Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment, and Industrial Controls
• Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration
• Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services
• Providing assistance and usage of some specific software 
• Ensure to provide navigation for proper application setup

Requirements: 

• Proficient in Spanish and English language both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives/industrial control 
• Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related fields is a plus
• Willing to be flexible and can work onsite if the job needed
