· Responsible for the preparation of the P&L monthly of every group.
· Coordinate with Accounting Staff – Payables and Manager in connection with recording expenses for P&L purposes for Check Vouchers prepared and liquidation-related expenses with cash return.
· Input expenses per sales person and prepare monthly expenses email to groups.
· Handle accreditation for both customers and suppliers.
· Assist the Manager in preparing bank requirement documents for either renewal of credit line and other related concerns.
