  • Oversee all financial operations of 维根钢铁有限公司 in the robust manufacturing & industrial supplies sector.
  • Lead financial planning, risk management, and account strategies to optimize company growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on fiscal analyses to support decision-making and business investments.
  • Manage finance personnel and develop robust fiscal policies to ensure statutory compliance and integrity of financial data.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and represent company in financial ventures with partners and investors.

المتطلبات

  • Title: VP Finance
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) preferred.
  • Experience Level: Proven experience of 3-5 years in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record in finance management.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Expertise in Portfolio Management and Asset Management.
    • Advanced skills in Market Research and Business Management.
    • Proficient in Risk Management and analyzing Financial Statements.
    • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial operations, manage financial planning and analysis, establish robust financial policies, and guide investment decisions.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with expectations for high performance in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and ethical judgment.
